Borderlands 4 Pricing and Post-Launch Content Revealed
Gearbox’s long-awaited looter-shooter, Borderlands 4, is now available for pre-order on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. With a base price of 69.99 euros, its arrival on Nintendo Switch 2 at the end of 2025 is also confirmed. This new chapter will take you to the unexplored and dangerous planet Kairos, with an experience full of action, black humor and billions of weapons, as is tradition in the saga.
Players will be able to choose from three editions of the game: Standard, Deluxe, and Super Deluxe. The Standard Edition includes the base game and an exclusive pre-order pack called Gilded Glory, with cosmetic skins such as a Vault Hunter skin, a weapon model, and an ECHO-4 drone skin. These bonuses don’t affect performance, but they add a distinctive visual touch from day one.
Meanwhile, the Deluxe Edition (€99.99) expands the content with the exclusive Firehawk’s Fury weapon and the Rewards Bundle Pack, which adds four new playable areas, unique bosses, challenge camera cards, exclusive gear, and new vehicles. All of this content is designed to expand the game’s universe with new opportunities for exploration, combat, and customization.
The Super Deluxe Edition ($129.99) is the definitive Borderlands 4 experience, adding to the previous content the Ornate Order Pack with new visuals, and the Vault Hunter Pack, which introduces two additional Vault Hunters, main and side quests, new map regions, and extended narrative content. These additions will arrive after launch and are focused on offering more playable depth and narrative for the most engaged players.

Gearbox has also confirmed a robust roadmap for post-launch content, with free updates and two major Story Packs that will add new playable characters and entire areas of the planet Kairos. In addition, the Reward Bundle Packs will bring unique challenges, bosses, and vehicles that will expand the replayability of the title, keeping the community’s interest alive well beyond the release.
Finally, it has been announced that on June 21 the Borderlands Fan Fest will be held, a live event on the official Twitch channel where new gameplay will be shown, a new story trailer will be presented and more details about the game will be offered.
