Razer Unveils BlackWidow V4 75% Barebones: A Customizable Keyboard Chassis

The Razer brand of accessories and peripherals for gamers continues to innovate in terms of its products. As an example we can take the recent Phantom series of devices, translucent cases with different lighting, which will surely catch your attention. The brand has also announced its first customizable keyboard, the BlackWidow V4 75% Barebones, a keyboard that you can adapt to your needs both in hardware and appearance.

The new chassis is 75% in size, and is available in black or white. This chassis has the same quality as the Razer BlackWidow V4 75%, on which you can install your switches in a custom way, compatible with 3 or 5-pin mechanical switches. It includes double-layer cushioning foam to more efficiently dampen and reduce noise, along with already lubricated stabilizers from the factory that will allow you to write smoothly.

This barebone has a polling rate of 8,000 Hz thanks to Razer’s HyperPolling technology, for reduced latency that will help you in fast games. You can’t miss the RGB lighting key by key, along with lighting on the sides, which can be synchronized with more than 300 games to create unique effects.

Razer also has Gen-3 mechanical switch sets for sale in packs of 36, in green, yellow or orange. This new keyboard chassis is exclusive, for the moment, to the Razer online store and the RazerStore, and has a retail price of 149.99 euros for the black color and 159.99 euros for the white color.
