Steam most played games 2024
The most played games on Steam have been announced. According to the most up-to-date statistics in 2023, it has been revealed which games are currently played by the most players on Steam.
According to the list created by looking at the daily highest number of concurrent players and the highest number of concurrent players ever, the most played game on Steam currently is CS:GO, followed by Dota 2, PUBG and Apex Lengend.
1. Counter-Strike 2
Counter-Strike 2 continues to be the pioneer of team-based shooters. CS 2 includes new maps, characters, weapons and game modes and offers updated versions of classic CS content. CS: GO, which recently received improved graphics with the renewal of CS: GO as Counter-Strike 2, is still the most played game on Steam.
2. Dota 2

In order not to include games that are not currently played much in the list, we compared the highest number of simultaneous players with the highest number of players in the last 24 hours, and did not include games that less than 10 percent of people played in the last 24 hours. Thus, we eliminated outdated and currently unpopular games from the list.
As an exception, if the number of games played in the last 24 hours was higher than the other games on this list, even if it was less than 10 percent of the maximum number of plays, we left it on the list. When ranking the games, we took into account the highest amount of simultaneous play at all times and the highest amount of play in the last 24 hours.
