The most recent United Nations estimates suggest that there is currently a world population of 7.9 billion people. Among all those people, Bankmycell data indicates that by 2023 there will be 1.364 million iPhone users. That is, 1 in 7 people in the world have an iPhone. Apple sold a total of 150 million iPhone units internationally in 2022.

According to this study, 1.265 million people actively used an iPhone in 2022. This year, 2023, there will be 1.364 million people with an iPhone. By 2025 there will be a total of 1,561 people who use an Apple iPhone.
